Because we care and make every effort to understand your needs, we will do our best to make every placement as enjoyable and successful as possible.

We will always try to ensure that you feel confident, effective and valued whilst on assignments.

We will always give you the information you need for each placement and will phone you for feedback at the end of the day, particularly after you have been to a new school.

Personal Support

So that you don’t feel isolated or out of touch we are only ever a phone call away and of course you are welcome to visit us in our office.

We welcome all your comments and will always listen to what you have to say.

We offer additional support to NQTs and those colleagues
new to supply.

If you are seeking a permanent post, we will do our best to help you. If you are successful we will not charge your school an introduction fee.  We also offer a free staff search facility to those schools who are seeking permanent members of staff.
